Our 2,000 sqm organic garden is the heart of Capuccina, providing fresh, seasonal produce—from Slow Food–recognized Cipolla Bionda to herbs and vegetables—that inspire every dish. It reflects our commitment to the land, sustainability, and authentic local flavors.

Every Saturday we host an open-to-the-public market where guests and locals can purchase fresh vegetables directly from our organic garden.

Our Green Room is where every day at Capuccina begins. Bright and airy, it blends natural light, wooden furniture, and subtle floral touches to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Here, guests enjoy breakfast inspired by the estate’s produce: fresh fruits from our orchard, seasonal vegetables, artisanal bread, and local specialties. The Green Room reflects our philosophy of connection with the land, offering a serene start to the day facing our vegetable garden.

Our charming patio, equipped with a covered roof, is perfect for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. During the summer, it becomes the ideal setting for aperitivos, while it can also be arranged for outdoor dining or private events. Sofas and seating can accommodate up to 50 guests seated and standing, offering a relaxed yet elegant space to connect with nature while savoring food and drinks

The spa and gym area, located on the ground floor, is conceived as a single space dedicated to both movement and relaxation. The sauna and steam room are available by reservation, while a large window overlooking the greenery allows guests to train and unwind while feeling fully connected to the surrounding landscape.

Our charming courtyard is perfect for coffee breaks, welcome receptions, or casual gatherings. For morning events, we can set up a station or buffet for outdoor breakfast. Combining historic charm with the tranquility of the countryside, it offers a versatile and inviting open-air space.

Capuccina’s estate includes its own vineyards, producing grapes that reflect the unique character of the Novarese countryside. Our wine cellar showcases Capuccina wines alongside a curated selection of local and regional labels.
